Terms and Conditions

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday from Christmas through Easter
11% state and county sales tax will be added
10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or more
10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks of Christmas, New Year's, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Easter Holiday.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit
Sorry, no credit cards
Additional $10.00 per person per day for more than 4 guests.
No smoking inside residences.
Small pets may be allowed on an individual basis.
Check in is 2:00 pm, checkout 10:00 am
