Terms and Conditions
- All rentals are Saturday to Saturday from Christmas through
Easter
- 11% state and county sales tax will be added
- 10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or more
- 10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks of
Christmas, New Year's, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
and Easter Holiday.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit
- Sorry, no credit cards
- Additional $10.00 per person per day for more than 4 guests.
- No smoking inside residences.
- Small pets may be allowed on an individual basis.
- Check in is 2:00 pm, checkout 10:00 am
